How long do I have to return an item?

You may return items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.

How do I start a return?

Just get in touch with us at info@locktastic.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

What can’t be returned?

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Perishable or part-used items (for example, opened locks, used parts, parts missing).
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
